ABOUT MARIANNE SWIFT YOGA

Marianne’s love for yoga began over 13 years ago, when she moved from Scotland to Bristol, at that point she had no idea how deeply she would fall for yoga! Yoga became a tool for life, helping her to discover and learn more deeply about her body and mind.

Marianne is passionate about the connection that yoga helps us to find with ourselves, our bodies and our inner landscape. She is passionate about sharing this, and inviting others to be inquisitive and curious about themselves.

A psychotherapist, clinical hypnotherapist as well as a trauma-informed yoga facilitator, Marianne's intention is to hold space to empower others to tune in to their own bodies, developing a yoga practice that is unique to them: whether it is for someone looking to relax more deeply, connect with their bodies, create greater flexibility and resilience of the body and mind, ease stress or anxiety, or simply explore a fluid form of movement -  she would love for you to come and join one of her classes or workshops!
