Embodied vinyasa flow class
Expect playful, fluid, strengthening flows, some nourishing breathwork and exploration of different themes/ideas/postures/movements. Although I guide the whole practice, there is space for intuitive movement and I encourage you make your practice really work for you, to empower you to find your flow.
Open to all levels open to a challenge (but not recommended for complete beginners).
Come along; you can expect to sweat a little and leave feeling nourished and calm.

Do you fancy a cosy, December Saturday afternoon filled with blankets, restorative yoga, massage, yoga nidra, warming herb teas and aromatherapy?
Join Ellen (Amberluna Apothecary) and I for our deeply restful midwinter mini-retreat at space238studio, on 10th December, 3pm - 5:30pm
During the afternoon, you'll cosy up with plenty of blankets, bolsters and yoga mats, and sample a range of aromatherapy blends.
Try our warming winter herbal teas and yummy chocolates, sink deep into rest with a guided Yoga Nidra, and nourish your body and mind with a juicy restorative yoga session.
You'll also receive some healing aromatherapy massage and a massage oil roller to take home with you.
Take the time to rest your body and mind during this usually hectic time, experience your senses on every level and unravel…

A nurturing space for you to nourish, de-stress, and relax as the seasons shift.
We'll enjoy an embodied restorative yoga practice, followed by a guided journaling session and closing with a beautiful, seasonal yoga nidra and vegan chocolates!
Join Marianne and Sarah for a 2.5 hour replenishing, therapeutic guided workshop, allowing yourself space to rest and feel deeply into whatever it is that you need, as we ease into the changing seasons.
Ending with delicious chocolates, sound good?!
