I love Marianne's classes - they are accessible to everyone, with options for those who are beginners and more advanced. Her focus on breath work, and her approach throughout the practice is really calming, and I always leave feeling more connected with myself. I have been taught by a lot of different teachers and Marianne is my absolute number 1. If you are feeling a little bit nervous about practicing online, or you are feeling a bit stressed or overwhelmed, this is the perfect place for you!
I really enjoy Marianne's yoga classes. There is a calm and welcoming atmosphere when you walk through the door. I like the way she shows the class different intensities of stretch/balance with many of the poses, so even if you're a beginner like me, you know how you can develop the position when you feel able. Highly recommend if you're a climber or similar and want to work on overall balance, core and flexibility.
I love Marianne's classes! They are relaxed and soothing but also really get you moving! The PERFECT balance. Marianne is super lovely, friendly and makes sure the classes are accessible to all levels, so they're great for anyone. I'd highly recommend.
